ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

DISMISSAL TO CLASSES

All children can be checked in using our kiosks, located at both the main and lower-level entrances, once they have been registered or pre-registered through our church app or at our aforementioned kiosk.

We invite children to begin the service with the full congregation during a time of musical worship before being dismissed to their classes.

When the main service ends, we invite all parents to retrieve their child from their class using the code received at the time of sign-in.

CLASSES

Sunday School is available for children ages 3–11. Classes are organized by age group: Pre-K (ages 3–4, not yet in school), Kindergarten (ages 4–5), ages 6–8, and ages 9–11.

Each class is led by at least one teacher, with an additional helper available to assist across classrooms as needed—whether for snacks, crafts, games, or general support.

If your child requires you during the service, one of our volunteers will come and notify you in the main sanctuary.

Children will be welcomed in the foyer and guided by our volunteers and teachers to their assigned classrooms, as indicated on their name tags.


Parents are welcome to accompany their children to the classroom area; however, we kindly ask that guardians say their goodbyes at the classroom entrance and refrain from entering, helping ensure a smooth and consistent transition from worship to class time.

TEAM & SAFETY

All volunteers, organizers, teachers, and helpers are fully trained in our church’s Plan to Protect program and have completed a police background check. They also meet with ministry leadership to help ensure the safety, care, and smooth operation of this ministry.


If your child has any specific needs, including additional support or allergies (food or otherwise), please let a member of our team know. We will do our best to accommodate them.

TEAM & SAFETY

Our nursery doors open at 9:45 AM, allowing parents ample time to help their little ones settle before heading up to the main service with older children or on their own.
Children can be registered on the day using our kiosks, or pre-registered through the church app. Check-in is completed at either of the kiosks located at both entrances of the church.

​Parents are also welcome to bring their child down to the nursery at the time Sunday School-aged children are dismissed, following a time of congregational worship.
We encourage all parents to check in their children upon arrival and receive their sign-in/out code as they enter the building, rather than waiting until the start of the service.
